The First Presbyterian Church of Rockford and physicians from Rockford Health Physicians are teaming up to provide "FREE" limited medical services every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church.
Adults, age 18 years and older, with immediate medical needs, will be seen by their doctors.
You will not be asked to pay for the medical care you receive.
